ROBIN HOOD FLOUR TIN SIGN. Circa 1950's. Made by Stout Sign Co. Measures 35 1/2" in length X 11 1/2" in width. Lettering and Robin Hood image are nicely embossed. Face of sign has minor wear with a couple paint chips on his face and around outside borders. Decent overall condition.

JOHN LABATT BREWER LONDON CANADA ALE & STOUT LARGE SIZE LITHOGRAPHED SIGN. This is the RARE large version of this fabulous sign. We've only owned two and only seen three or so in over 45 years in the business. This sign is 1890's. Print is signed "ENTERED ACCORDING TO ACT OF PARLIMENT OF CANADA IN THE YEAR 1894 BY JOHN LABATT IN THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE". Poster lists their achievements of 10 gold, silver and bronze medals & 11 diplomas awarded at the Worlds Exhibitions. Poster was made by BARKLAY,CLARKE & CO. LITHO. TORONTO. Framed size is 42" in height X 30" in width. Original frame. Image size is 36" in height X 24" in width. The print is in excellent condition with just a bit of foxing on the border. Great piece of Canadian Breweriana.

DRINK TEDDY CHOCOLATE IT'S REAL.Tin embossed sign C. 1930's. Measures 20" in width X 13 1/2" in height. From Renfrew Bottling Works Renfrew On. Sign was made by St.Thomas Metal Signs Ltd. St. Thomas ON. Some light surface rust over most of the sign and holes to left of the bears head. Holes on R.H.S & bottom corner missing. Sign still displays very well and is very rare.

BUCKINGHAM TABAC A CIGARETTES TIN ADVERTISING SIGN. Measures 59" in length X 35" in height. Sign was made in Canada by St.Thomas Metal Signs. St. Thomas, Ont. It is in excellent condition with just a couple of creases and scratches from improper handling over the years. There are no nail holes or factory holes so I doubt it was ever hung or used. Beautiful bright colors and condition. Still traces of rice paper on edges.

COLEMAN'S STARCH LARGE PORCELAIN SIGN. C. 1920's. Measures 36" in height X 24" in width. There is a manufacturers mark on it that I am not familiar with but I am sure it is English. Chipping around outside edges in blue border. Face of the sign is bright and shiny but there are light surface scratches. Beautiful large porcelain sign. Cobalt blue on white.

1930'S ICE COLD COCA-COLA SOLD HERE FLOOR MODEL ICE COOLER. This is an original 1930's cooler. It has been totally restored and repainted with the exception of the two litho bottles. They are in original condition. Cooler has angle iron legs, and two lift top doors that give access to drinks inside. This is not a professional restoration but is still a decent job.

BLACK CAT CIGARETTES ALWAYS FRESH LARGE TIN ADVERTISING SIGN. Measures 59" in length X 35" in height. The sign is dated on the back border 3-55. Sign has a minor crease down center and a few extra nail holes but displays very, very well. Someone has mounted it to a wood strapping frame that keeps it straight. Beautiful sign!

SHERWIN-WILLIAMS HEADQUARTERS PAINTS-VARNISHES-ENAMELS SMALL 2 SIDED PORCELAIN SIGN. Measures 12" in length X 8" in width. This is a very scarce sign. Ever only seen a couple over the years. Side 1 is shiny bright porcelain with minor wear on extreme outside edge. Side 2 is not as bright as first side. May brighten with a good polish but we do not enhance anything. Has a few outside edge chips. Great colors and sweet size.

1957 UMBRELLA GIRL COCA COLA TRAY. Measures 13" in length X 10 1/2" in width. The Umbrella Girl is strictly a Canadian issue tray for the Canadian market. This is the French Canadian version. "Delicieux Rafraichissant" translates to Delicious and Refreshing. Tray is in beautiful condition. Tough to find in this great condition.

COCA-COLA BOTTLE SIGN. Measures 53" in height X 17 1/4" in width. Rolled yellow border. "Buvez Coca-Cola". Sign originally said "Drink Coca-Cola but was changed after manufacture to be used in the French Canadian market in Quebec, Canada. Sign is stamped "Made in Canada 1950 St.T". Has a few extra nail holes on outside yellow border. There is green paint on lower part of sign. Minor scuff marks. Strong colors. Displays great.

TRAILWAYS BUS LARGE 2 SIDED SIGN WITH BRACKET. c. 1950'S. Measures 36" in length X 22" in width. Total length of bracket is 40" in length. One side is super clean, 2nd side has minor scratches and wear. Trailways runs primarily in the North East, Toronto, Windsor , Montreal and a few other Canadian cities and goes out west as far as Denver Colorado. Nice colors.

MOLSON'S BREWERY 1930'S SOLID PLASTER POINT OF SALE TAVERN SIGN. Measures 26 1/2" in length X 20 1/2" in width X 3" in depth. Original hanging chain. Wonderful scene of a tavern keeper serving a full tray of beer mugs to three men at a tavern table. One a courier-du-bois, an explorer and a habitant. A moose head is mounted on wall and a pair of snowshoes lean against the wall. Minor paint loss mostly on outside edges. This is all original and is not one of the foam ones re-issued in the 1980's.

DIAMOND DYES CABINET "THE GOVERNESS". Made in 1906 by The Wells and Richardson Co. United States and Canada. Measures 30" in height X 23" in width X 10" in depth. Beautiful embossed tin sign of a Governess playing with children. Cabinet has been refinished at some point. It has all it's interior dividers which is rare on these cabinets that were used to dispense different colors of dyes in the old general stores. Some minor scratching and wear but overall in excellent condition.

DIAMOND DYES CABINET. "The Balloon". Made in 1912 by the Wells and Richardson Co. United States and Canada. Measures 24 1/2" in height X 15 1/4" in width X 9" in depth. Beautiful embossed tin sign of children playing with a balloon. Original finish on wood cabinet. Panel on back door is missing and replaced with glass. These cabinets were used in general stores to dispense different color packs of cloth dyes. Colors on this one are strong and bright. Very minor wear.

LARGE EXPORT PLAIN OR FILTER TIP CIGARETTES TIN SIGN. C. 1950's. Measures 8' in length X 4' in height. It is in great condition with just a bit of minor paint loss in center as shown in photos. It had a wood frame on back at one time that is now gone so there are numerous tiny nail holes around outside edges. The removal of the frame allows the sign to be rolled up for transport and I will deliver to any of the shows I participate in. Great colors, very nice overall condition.

THE HUGHES GROCERY C. 1910 PORCELAIN ENAMEL SIGN. Hughes grocery was a well known store from the 1880's into the 1900's. Their history is well documented on Google for the full history. Sign is black & white. Measures 34" in length X 21" in height. There is a cut out on the right hand side. Wonderful type letters. Sign is very lightly faded but you will never see another piece of local history like this.

DELAVAL CREAM SEPARATORS PARTS CABINET FOR DELAVAL CREAM SEPARATORS. Tin embossed sign on front in a wooden cabinet. Measures 26" tall X 18" wide X 11" deep. Interior held parts for repairing their machines. Drawers are missing. Center has a heavily embossed NO.17 cream separator. Tin is in very good condition but does have light scratches and light rust spots scattered. Displays real nice. Almost impossible to find cabinets like this anymore.

SMOKE OLD CHUM THE TOBACCO OF QUALITY PORCELAIN SIGN. C. 1920's-30's. This sign measures 60" in length X 24" in width. It features the 2 "OLD CHUMS" holding a pack of tobacco and enjoying a smoke. It also has a tin of Old Chum tobacco on the right. The graphics are beautiful on this one. There is serious touch up through the center of the sign where the text Smoke Old Chum etc. is. The two outside ends where the graphics are remains in great condition with just a bit of the red jacket being restored. A fabulous sign at a reasonable price.

Side one shows 3 bellhop type guys proudly carrying 40,100 and 60 watt bulbs. Side two extols the virtues of using GE MAZDA light bulbs. Steel body, glass faces. Measures 21" in length X 7" in width X 16" in height. The displays work perfectly. The metal case is 100% original with some paint loss to it. Light bulbs not original but look fabulous on it.
